Raviani products are handmade in the USA.

Each of our designs is handmade from start to finish. We create each handbag with careful precision and attention to detail. Our manufacturing process takes about 21 business days to complete. Labor-intensive products may take longer. Please allow ample time for manufacture and shipment when placing your order.

We do not accept order cancellations.

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed and entered production. 

Raviani products are 100% unique.

Since all of our products are made-to-order, the final product may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website. For example, the color of the lining inside of the handbag or the color of the hair-on hide may vary depending on the handbag.

However, that is the beauty of purchasing a Raviani product. Your handbag will be one of a kind.
